Service and Call outs

Because we are a company whose emphasis is on customer relations, we provide a local 24 hour callout service 7 days a week, and apart from mitigating circumstances such as heavy traffic and prevailing weather conditions, we aim to attend all local callouts within 30 minutes.

Our engineers will do their very best to restore your lift to its working order on their first visit.

Should additional work and parts be necessary, we will ensure no time is wasted between order, delivery and our engineers being back on site.

In addition, we will advise you should any further work be required to avoid further disruption to you or your business, and we will do this by providing a quality service for minimum cost.
