Policy

Forward from the Managing Director

This brief policy statement, supports our strategic plan and sets out our shared vision for the future of Scarborough lifts for the five year period 2008 – 2013. The Plan will remain flexible to allow us the adjust to the competitive market place in which we find ourselves. Charting a course through this market place presents a tough challenge with much of our focus on customer relations and satisfaction, both internally and externally. Meeting the increasingly diverse demands of the market means we will require close engagements with employers and other partners. We also aim to provide the highest quality of products at realistic prices. We will therefore build on our strengths to ensure we remain dynamic at all times so we are able to respond to all types of change, together.
